Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
Inventory for items (with the exception of furniture) is pulled directly from store.
Backorder dates and shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items.
Please note that furniture and rugs are likely to be backordered longer than it states online due to covid-19. Please email us for availability before placing orders. Furniture orders may take an additional 5-7 business days while in transit. A handling fee may be applied to any piece that requires extra care to ship or must ship freight.
Furniture and rug orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer. A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.
Most of our furniture and mirrors will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. Transit typically takes 5-7 business days. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeframe for each product. Before you accept your delivery, please ensure the walkway and the area where you’d like the item to be delivered is clear.
At Gray Apple we take extreme care in packaging your items for shipments, but we understand that damage still happen. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours and our team will promptly work on a replacement.
Gray Apple does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: rugs, mirrors, furniture, sale items, or gift cards.
All sale items are final.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please contact us to initiate a return.
We ask that you take the time to review your order upon arrival and contact us with any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt. Please note, claims for damaged furniture and mirrors may take 2-3 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement.
